First stop: the Dominican Republic. We left the Monday morning after we got married, suitcases in tow, carrying everything we’d need for 3 months of travel. Lots of friends told us that the days immediately following your wedding weekend you are completely exhausted, so we heeded their advice and booked an all-inclusive stay at the TRS Turquesa Resort in the Dominican Republic. It was a wonderful way to start off our honeymoon: beach, sun, sand and unlimited cocktails.
